Hotel Guest Reviews of the Aloha Inn

It was close to Pismo beach.
Many things were broken and it smelled of stale cigarette smoke.

The overall experience with this hotel was not good. The room was horrible with many things broken; i.e., the phone didn't work, the sink was clogged, the shower faucet was loose and hard to to get to work. It was extremely noisy being next to the freeway and the walls were horribly thin as we could hear a person walking around all hours of the night in the room above us. On a positive note, the motel staff were very friendly. ...read more

Near by nice small breakfast.

They tell you up front the are remodeling and it shows on the property, and I know it takes time. Nice rooms needs some more work but they will get it done.

It was close to the freeway and quiet.
Too far from the beach and a bit dated.

It was a fine stay for one night. No bells and whistles but it was ok. Close to the freeway and a food joint.

Although the hotel is older style, it was very clean.
It seemed a bit dated.

The staff was very nice. The location was right off the freeway and easy to get to all the surrounding areas that we wanted to visit. Do not stay here if the sound of the freeway bothers you. The in room phone did not work. Overall I do feel the hotel suited the price/value. ...read more

Good location off freeway.
Bathtub is a deathtrap.

Traveling with a group of guys on a golf trip. OK for us, just needed a place to sleep. Bed was comfortable, not too noisy. Bathtub/shower extremely slippery, a law suit waiting to happen. Mold on shower curtain. Not a place you would want to spend much time. ...read more
